The Project is established on 430.000 sqm of land consisting 117.000 sqm enclosed space. The land was previously used as a Tobacco Factory and comprised several existing buildings. Some of these buildings were retrofitted / renovated and converted into functional use of the university (Rectorate, Library, Laboratories, Conference Hall and Student Centre Buildings) whereas some of the buildings were re-built (Main Faculty, Dormitory, Main Facility Buildings).
